Wifes 1990 LE, has power everything, performance sound, no sunroof or CD.
My 1990 LE has only AC and cruise. nothing power, no rear defroster, not even a flip up console.

err, does Performance Sound = Bose? I see no mention of Bose *anywhere* in my car.

(by the way, Bose, honestly, is WAY more overrated than it really is... the Wave Radio dealies sound like junk... and the Bose setup in the '01 Caddy STS sounds way crappier than it should, and it'* all overpriced)

10 speakers, not 8, if I'm right... can't forget a speaker behind the felty thing in the front doors where you see the "Performance Sound" emblem...

2 on dash
4 in front doors (2 in each front door)
4 behind rear headrests

10

Seen my door panel off before while dad was working with a seized up door, and I do remember seeing something. Plus, you can feel the bass coming out of that area.

My SSE bonne has leather, sunroof, 3.06 tranny, premium sound w/ tape, 12way seats, painted rims, delaminated tails, SSE mats, and a partridge in a pear tree

Wrong (unless you had it custom done). Your car came with even better (for accelleration) gearing -you got 3.33'* from the factory. What I'd give for that gearing in an Series II SSEi.

My car was exactly the same from the factory! Except I only had the "Performance Sound" speakers in the doors. In the back I just had 2 regular speakers (without the tweeters that the SSE has)

ive seen an ssei in a parking lot without a spoiler pretty weird looking of course that could be caused by a crash and rebuild maybe? my dads 94 ssei has the spaces for the touring ride and stuff but no buttons he does have perform and normal shift though. we both have the exact same stereo setup too except hes got the in dash cd and i have tape. i cant really think of anything else odd.
