Posts like a Ricer Type-R
Got a 10mm socket, a 6" extension, and a ratchet? It'* right above your water pump in the timing chain cover. Unless of course, the magnet is gone.
Remove the sensor and have someone crank the engine around until you can see the magent (or the hole where it should be) in your timing gear.
Google is your friend. Did you try to search? Got it on the first attempt (Some GM badged vehicles differ in code definitions, especially Buicks):
Cruise control - switch
circuit problems.
OR
Air Conditioner (A/C)
pressure sensor - circuit
problems.
OR
Torque Converter Clutch
(TCC) solenoid - circuit
problems.
OR
Cruise control switches -
circuit problems

I am going to make the assumption that the 91 Riv uses the 3800 Tuned port and the 4T60-E as well as the newer puter...
I believe that your codes will be identical to the 92 bonneville PCM codes
