Default Code 26 QDM

This code will be the death of me. It'* transferred from old ECU to new... so I know it'* not the ECU this time. It comes on at 45mph and goes off below 1500RPM. All FSM diagnostics check out. EGR is tested and works properly. However, the cooling fans never come on. At least I've never seen them come on. No idea why this is though, because they come on when checking codes, so the wiring is good. I'm just assuming the code is from the fans not turning on. Anyone else have any experience with this problem? The only other thing I will mention is every once in a while I will get a code22 [TPS], because the TPS sensor is misadjusted to .2v idle 4.1v WOT.

Yep, locks up every time; right on 48mph

IDK if it helps, but the other thing I noticed is the code only appears in closed loop when the engine is hot.

Default TPS

I would start by adjusting the TPS. Then reset the ECU.

I adjusted the TPS, and reset the ECU. The car now finally idles! It'* still sketchy, but I can live with it. At least it doesn't stall 3 times getting out of my driveway. However the QDM issue is still there. Still no different, and the rare code 22 is gone. I do have a bit more info on the SES light though... on decel it turns off when throttle let off all the way, but turns back on at 35mph. Then once I stop sometimes it will stay on, and sometimes it will go out, about equal either way. But either way once I start accelerating up until 45 it stays off. Any ideas folks?
