Yeah, grt i'm a youngin'. And yeah I did spend a lot of time sitting here at BC.. although a lot of it wasn't quality posting. Now the few times I post, they are all quality posts, with meaning.
That'* just a smidge below where my gauge actually sat, hans.
As far as worst engine destruction, hardly. But as far as worst 3800 destruction.. maybe. But, BUT as far as worst LN3 destruction.. most likely. I can't wait until monday when i show my shop teacher the pics. Just a few weeks ago he found out the mods my car had, and he said 'that! On a Bonneville?!?!?!' and just laughed. Then he said you can have crap like that but all you are going to do is throw rods and stuff. Week later.. threw a rod. Damn he'* good.
True story too!

Well.. I am still somewhat undecided on the details but there is no way i'm getting rid of the old girl. She'* too loved and grown apart of the family. The trans will get rebuilt, engine replaced. I'm probably going to go with another LN3, but as far as mods go I am kinda questioning it at this point. I may cam it with some basic stuff, or just leave it the hell alone. I think performance wise my money could be spent better elsewhere. But then again it would be nice to have a super fast Bonneville that can keep up with the crowd.

The problem with any sort of mods I may do, could put the trans in danger. Even though I will do a full rebuild, it still probably won't make it any stronger. So i'm not so sure at this point. That'* what will be the decision maker.
