Ok, just an update on what everything looks like now.

Everything got dirty because there is a rusthole in my wheelwell and its throwing everything imagineable right at my new clean airbox.

I should have taken pics during the install!

Nice job but after all that effort, I'd consider a rice pipe or something.

Hah, yeah, thought about it, but I just got the K&N drop in, and then the pipe woulda required more $$$ for ANOTHER filter and a pipe...hah, yeah, I'll stick to the airbox for now. I don't think it has any flow issues so I'm not worried in the least. Plus I think I would rather fix the HOLE in my wheel well before putting an unshielded filter in there. Wouldint want water goin into the intake would we?
