Hey got the car back today,
A little good news, the CV joint was replaced and it did fixed the problem, all noises went away. I was right about that. So no tranny problems, I still have the timing chain issue, Not only that the magent is also going on it, Well until than ill just keep driving it I guess.
I dont have a choice.
But at least im cleared of any tranny issues at hte moment. yIppy

Well I was unable to take my car out this weekend to test it, but from the sounds of it Renee was telling me the car was making strange noises when turning only to the right. Sounds kinda like what was described in the post. We already changed one of the drive axles a year ago since the ABS sensor ring was built onto it. I am guessing that the passenger side axle now needs to be replaced.
I will know more this week.

Two things can make noise (more or only) when turning
1) click-click-click is a CV joint (most on hard turn at low speed)
2) whine is a wheel bearing (more at higher speeds, mine seemed to be most on a curve at 45 mph)
Stut bearings can bind on turns but noise is usually a very annoying squeak when going straight ahead.
