Oh I agree but the KBB puts no value on this. What is the expectation that when an exhaust headpipe is removed, no bolts will break or no concern about brake lines or gas tank worth ?

few days ago someone could not believe a rust free front wheelwell:(shot is of well under airbox).

Fair enough... It does seem to be a near perfect specimen of a car. Better than anything that'* ever lived through a Michigan winter, anyway...

How'* the paint?

Took this picture this morning. Paint is original. Needs one "Bonneville" door emblem (p/n 20653490). Roof and decklid need polishing out. Will include Factory Service Manual, original AM/FM Cassette (has factory AM/FM/CD), & all documentation. Will consider offers over $2k

The insurance company gave me $2,750 for my 1990 just a few months ago for a total loss since it was low mileage (89k) and in good shape, it looked a lot like yours, but it had some rust under it. I am not suggesting that you go total your car, just that according to the actual sales averages, for the right buyer that car is well worth the money!

i'd make an offer if I didn't have the ol '87 that I love so much. Everyone tells me to get rid of her cuz she has a little rust and bad paint and the suspension is Fed up thanks to my brother drivign into a curb hard .. but i love it too much. I don't care if it eats through tires every 4 years due to unfixable allignment or that the body will prolly never get redone.. It'* my first car and I love it to death. I wish I had a good painting setup so i could practice on it and then get it done right eventually!

And if i got ur car then I'd almost have to throw my old 87 away! No!!! I can't!!!

Mike

I love my 87 and 65 PonchoBonnes
