Title pretty much says it all, it needs replaced, I have the piece, but damned if I know where to find it. Any input would be appreciated as I'm just finally getting to know my car like I should've all along.

Remove the black plactic cover that runs parallel to the rear hood weather strip. You will see several fusable links. The blower motor resistor is located under the links screwed to the top of the blower/evap core housing. It'* in the same location as the BCM indicated above. If you have trouble, you can trace the blower wiring harness from the blower motor right to it.
