Question 1990 Bonneville LE blower

Need to find fuse, and relay locations for the heater blower motor. Dash switch ok and motor ok. Blowere motor not functioning. Was working find until I went into a store and came back out. Suspect a fuse. But, no fuse in panel under dash both drivers side and passenger side. Unable ti locate relay, too. Any help?

Thanks for the diagram.. I know there was power to the motor, only I wasn't sure if relay is on the power side (as is usually the case) or on the ground side. You'd be amazed how some cars are set up! Wiring diagram points to either a bad ground, which I doubt, or bad motor. Motor is easy to pull, test, possible repair, and replace. This saves me the trouble of cutting into the motor wires to test and I'll go straight to removal. Hopefully Pick'nPull has one. Funny thing is, the motor showed no signs of giving out.

Update on heater motor,1990 Bonneville: Pulled heater motor and it has zero resistance across the 2 leads. Motor also has some drag on it. Auto Zone has replacement for $48. Smells a little burnt.
