Default 1988-1991 SSE wheel sizes

Does anyone know exactly what the specifics for the SSE wheel size is for the 88-91 Bonneville is?

I'd like to know if the 93-99 wheels will interchange.

I know the following about the 93-99 wheels, ...
5x115 Bolt Circle, 38mm offset (1.49"), 72.64 Hub diameter (2.86"), 5.5" Back spacing

Anyone know what the 88-91 SSE wheels are?

They will swap and bolt right up. Some of the 88-91'* came with 15'* instead of 16'*, but as long as you stick to a 225 16 60, your rolling diameter will work for the speedo.

Well, technically they run 215/60R16 from the factory, but the difference is negligible (I run the 225'*)
