I thought mine were just bad by that plastic clip, but after getting into it. It wasn't going to be worth piece mealing it.

I assume plastic lines would be cheaper. The custom metal lines I had were $$$.

Heres a little update.. the connector was bad so they had to switch it for a new one, then they found another bad connector at the top of the tank so they replaced that.. at the end of the day i dropped another 75$

am I wrong right now for feeling that I shouldnt have had to pay for labor? I am beyond pissed off right now since I dont have the money to be paying this guy to keep fixing my damn car.. i shouldnt have had to bring it back. Paying for parts today.. fine i can deal with that.. but labor? This should have been done the first day i took it in... Now they wont call me back and im just getting more angry.. this is a local chevy dealer.

dealers always have the attitude of they can charge what ever they want and still people take there cars there. 175 isnt bad for the dealer, the ones around here are over 100 per hour. maybe that was there thinking.

I never take my cars to the dealer. Unless it'* free maintence or oil changes or under warranty.

So is the leak fixed now?

i guess, i havent seen any big leak spots. It just makes me mad that they didnt replace the connector the first time. I think they did that so they could have be bring it back so they could say oh hey look another leak.. I mean I noticed it was wet up towards the top there while laying on the pavement looking at it. I just assumed he fixed the whole thing the first time.. I have to sell my concert ticket for this weekend to pay my bills now.
