thanx everyone...well to be honest i'd be the last person to sit down and mess with this car now...i really dont wanna screw anything up...im thinkin thats why i had such bad luck with my Monte Carlo...but lets see what happens...i still think im gonna wait to see if someone can help me lol

that car is beautiful man. as for the corners -
so you have an idea:
i just cleared both of mine easily in under an hour with a screwdriver, some muscle, and some silicone adhesive just in case.
