The 10 flat run was from when we ran the car in the NHRA Super Gas Class, where the entire class tries to run as close as possible to 9.90 seconds in the quarter. normally the car will run 7'* all out, but to run 9.90 we use a throttle stop which brings the engine almost to idle for roughly 3 seconds after the launch.
On the 9.15 run, which was going to be an all-out run, the metering in the carburetor got fouled up with somthing casuseing the engine to die at mid to high rpm. This is why if you notice the car did not "wind-up" at the starting line and just rolled through the staging beams initally. It also died on the top end around 900 feet. Turns out that their was a metalic partical lodged in one of the emulsion tubes.
Sorry that i dont have a decent all out video. Hoping to get some this spring
