Nice work so far, gonna enjoy the boost im sure
id go for the 3.6 as i believe the 3.8 pulley is factory size for a m90, smaller pulley more boost and you seem like the kinda guy that likes a lil more that stock performance HAHAHAHA

The 9.4:1 compression of the L36 makes a 3.8 effectively a much larger pulley than stock. Plus, he'* only tuning now.
When you're ready to upgrade, I will consider buying that pulley from you.

i was gonna get the 3.6 but they said i have to pull a bunch of timing to make it work. so i decided it not worth it til car can handle it. they said stock size for ss kit is 4.2 but since i have 42# inj i could go bigger. so we will see how it tunes. if i not getting knock i swap to smallst pulley i can !!! more power lol.
so lunch time update...
ok... lil update
i decided to make AN and braided lines from fire wall as fuel lines so diff between na and blower cars. spent morning cleaning and painting as well as ordering some more parts. cant assemble my heads ow til monday so i keeping heads on motor til then.
valve covers cleaned up...one in first coat of paint one sparkling greyish white lol
also cleaned up and painted the fuel rail. as you can see mocked up on blower with fuel gauge and one of the fuel line fittings and 3 inch line lol
close up of stock fuel rail fuel press gauge setup

Nice work! Those fuel lines look excellent. The legality thing isn't really an issue since most people put in high lift cams and other things to change the OE emissions of their cars. See, there are worse things than clear lights! And just look at those new Ferds coming out with almost pure-white tail lights. While horrendously ugly, they show that it'* perfectly legal.
