My 94 GP Has 2nd gear start, and it KILLS acceleration... but it can be nice on ice, since the car has no traction control...
the switch is small and mounted in the lower left hand portion of the dash, and when on illuminates a "seccond gear start" message on the cluster.
if you need pics-etc from the GP setup, just let me know

For 1993 SLE:
How is this hooked up. I can't find out any information I can depend on. Everyone tells me to ask someone else. Even GM will not bother to help me.
I need it for a 2002 Pontiac Bonneville SLE for when we have ice storms.
Don't tell me to use traction control. It gives up after 2 seconds and shuts itself off.
