I just saw about a month ago where a member installed a GP GXP suspension in there Bonneville.
They said it'* on rails now, it'* so stiff. The sway bar is thicker and solid in the GXP Grand Prix'*
So it can be done.

hi, i installed the Bonneville GXP suspension (FE5) onto my SSEI that had FE2 from the factory
here is the post.

the swaybars are larger, and they are solid, the struts have different valving that are stiffer, and the springs are a thicker diameter
also not shown in that post is the GXP Struttower bar
also if you dont have an SSEi, i have the FE2 suspension and Brakes off my SSEi that im looking to part with

How about just installing the GXP sway bars and struts and keep the V-6 springs?
I am leaning toward the sway bars myself, but would like to see if Bilstein makes a suitable strut for our cars. I am a big fan of going with a softer spring set, but stiffening up the shocks/struts and bigger sway bars. You gain on the handling of the car, but retain the suspension compliance over road irregularities.
Has anyone else done this yet?
