For the O2 sensor? It'* a 5 minute job with the right tools(O2 wrench) and maybe a 10 minute with a regular wrench or socket.
Make sure that the threads on the new O2 have Anti-seize on them, makes later removal a lot easier.

Look at the rear exhaust manfiold right behind the rear valve cover. Just before it dips down into the downpipe, you see that spark plug looking thing sticking out the top? That'* the O2 sensor.
