how small i can go(pulley)
hi,
im wondering how small i can go in size for a supercharger pulley,
and this with a removed thermostat, CAI , and colder plugs?
i was planning buying a 3.4, but if i can go smaller why not?!
and how mall i can go?

Put your tstat in (180* recommended)
Free up your exhaust flow.
Then you should be able to handle a 3.4 quite nicely....other wise I wouldn't go under a 3.5.
Someone with more Series II L67 experience than I should chime in here soon.

Don't go smaller than a 3.4 with those mods. Even with a CAI, plugs, and t-stat (which you should get a 160 or 180), you may still get KR with the 3.4. I'd think about getting some exhaust work done and a PCM flash to really be sure you are safe with the 3.4. With a 3.5, you'd be a lot safer I think.
To go any lower, you need some more hardcore mods, like cam or rockers, or an IC, or water injection.
I always try to be on the safe side if possible. Even with my mods, I prolly still get 1 or 2 degrees at times, even though I haven't scanned in a while.
