Did I find the right one ?
I picked up a Delco unit from a 1991 Regal at my local wreckers. It plugs right in but I'm getting no spark. I even swapped the coils with some spare ones I know work from another unit.
Does anyone know if there any wiring differences I need to consider or do I just have a back ICM and need to get it exchanged?
Any pointers would be great! Thx J

I have a tach in the Bonne I'm testing the ICM in right now, I have another Bonne I'm fixing for a winter car it doesn't work in either. I went out and tried cranking it over a few more times. The tach doesn't move at all.

Can we please have the year and model of your car that you're trying to swap it into? And put that information into your sig?
I wouldn't use an ICM from anything older than 1993 on any 3800. Using the old system is a downgrade on most newer cars.

Went to the wrecker tonight and exchanged it for a unit off a 1993 Regal. I installed it right in the parking lot and it started right up. Thx guys, for the advice & tips.
