Willram. Force more cool air in, the hot will dissipate.

Pull the seal off of the back of the hood. It will work like a cowl hood all the way across the back allowing the hot air to come out. This does allow water in however so it might not be the best idea for a daily driver, but you can pull it off for nice weather or for taking it to the track or whatever. It seems to work pretty good from my experiences.

Keep in mind that any fumes coming from the engine bay will be sucked into your cabin fresh air inlet if you do this. It could, quite literally kill you.

If you force fresh air in, hot air will be displaced naturally. I have thought about putting heat extractors in the hood, and may still do this. If you do, put them WIDE. Out near the strut tower locations to prevent hot gasses from entering your climate control system.

I'm just guessing here...but an increased flow exhaust should help.

yes, that could decrease exhaust manifold/header temps thus reducing underhood temps. Header wrap (already listed above) or coated headers/manifolds will help do the same.
