The HVII is pretty easy to install.
I have the install instructions from when I installed mine. I could e-mail them to you....
But I should warn you that the HVII is one of the last n/a mods you should do. A non-cammed car will really not benifit from it in the 1/4. The HVII reduces low end torque but keeps the torque curve up longer to compliment a higher power band. This higher powerband will only really come as a result of a cam. So, without a cam, you might keep the torque curve up for a little bit longer but it won't be a good trade off with the low end torque you will loose.

the reason I ask is because there could be a memember around that has either done the intake manifold and/or a cam swap before. It would jsut making installing that stuff so much easier.
