If the average WOT was 17, then you hit some lower numbers WOT, too then. What was the WOT range you were getting?

when I first take off and hit WOT it starts @ 19-20* then slowly drops to the 15-17* at the top of the gear. It then drops to 12 for the shift then slowly works back up to about 15-17* range. At this point I'm convinced things are fine. All Kr has gone away and although my timing is nowhere near what it was on the stock pulley it runs WAY better.
