Another 0 - 60 question
Now i know my car (97 SE) should be getting at least mid 7'* for 0-60 times. But i've been timing my self lately, and i'm consistently getting in the 9'*. Now i know a stop watch isn't the most accurate timiing device known to man, but theres no way that it'* 2 seconds off. So is that how fast my car actually is, or is there something wrong?

If your SE is supercharged, you can expect low 7 seconds, if not, it should do it in 8 seconds flat, if you have the 3.06 axle. Are you doing it with more than just yourself in the car? Any bodies in the trunk?
The stopwatch just isn't a very accurate way to do it. If your're off even slightly, it shows up in a big way. If you can get to a dragstrip, you can get accurate 1/4 mile times, and then you can see if it'* putting out the power it should.
