Unless you have a tool like HPTuners, then you are not going to be able to flash anything to the PCM.

A Tech II will also work, but even if you find the update on the net, you are going to need a RS232 cable pass-thru device to get in on the Tech II.
Somebody else may have a suggestion, but I am pretty sure you will have to take it to a dealership.

Ahh ok, I searched and could find no way to get the calibrations free, you may have no choice but have a dealer do it.
But wait and see if any of the others have any info that may help.

You have no other option but to take it to a dealer to have it updated.

Even if you had HPTuners, and the money to get onto GM'* database to get the updated file, HPTuners won't recognize the file.
