Windows XP Key
I got my XP disk to load on my new computer. My dad threw the box away and now i got no registration key if anyone could help me i would appreciate it

well if you still have a computer that has the cd key you can find the cd key an keep using it, if not then your kinda sol, can always call microsoft an tell them the issue an see if they beleave you the cd key is on the booklet if you got it oem,or retail in the box right above the cd so if he throw the box why didnt the cd go with it?

If not, call Microsoft. They aren't nasty people as some make them out to be. They will be very helpful for ya.

I work for a computer company...
Simply call Microsoft and tell them what happened... chances are they will provide you with a key.

Most keys available on the net have been blacklisted by Microsoft as you still have to register with them after you do the install. Your best course of action, as stated, is to call them.
