Call consumer affairs in their corporate office and speak to them. Ask for the representative'* email, send him the pictures. Then tell him the story. Get the district manager on the phone.
I did that with Firestone when they lifted my Regal up to get an alignment done and told me that I needed to pay them $240 for only rear camber bolts, even though I had slotted struts!!! I got pretty mad so I called corporate, they called the district manager who never picked up, and within 15 minutes I was on the line with the next firestone location nearby, who said they'd do it no problem. Sure enough, they did it no problem. I called them back to make sure that the situation had been dealt with, and they sent me $50 in coupon vouchers at firestone. Took a nice chunk out of the cost of my snow tires.
