you can actually shut all those annoying things down.
go to your control panel. and security/system turn it all off. its very easy i have vista and xp running on my machine but i choose to run xp over vista any day.

for those of us who have Logitech everything..... youll get an annoying "logitech software update' on every startup. unless ofcourse you do the control panel thing.
