No, but we do that during our workout. At our Lift-a-Thon we did 15 yard dash, 15 yard shuttle run(steeler drill), vertical jump, and benchpress. For benchpress i only could put up 230 pounds, my arm came out of the socket a little the other day but it went right back in, although it is still somewhat sore. For vertical i got 27 inches, and i forget about the other two. Those are some pretty good numbers considering im only 15 and weigh 215lbs. Im still working though. Starting tomorrow we start practice, they go from 7:15 AM to 3:00 PM. Thats one long day of football. But hey, you gotta love the sport.
