Maybe it'* because I'm old, but I think my Sony Xplod 5700 and stock speakers sounds pretty good...

New jeep'* have a 10 inch sub int he center console. It actually sounds very good.

Its good that automakers are finally answering the call of premium sound, and they are doing it the right way by adding a sub.

Why, so you'd have a gutless 3600 lb pig? A 235hp V8 with a wimp 230 ft/lb'* of torque from the V8 SHO can barely squak the tires from a stop.

Back on topic, the V8 SHO'* did have a nice sound system option with the Mach 460 system. Pounded pretty damn nice for a factory system back then.
