I'm not saying this because I work there, in fact, Starbucks coffee isn't that good in my opinion. But one quality it doesn't possess is weak. If anything, Starbucks OVER roasts the coffee in order to get more flavor. Their blends lack imagination and definition because of the amount that they produce, but I definitely wouldn't call the coffee weak. It is brewed to the coffee standard.

If you're drinking Starbucks mild roast coffees, that'* your problem. Starbucks isn't famous for it'* mild coffees, it'* bold coffees are what we serve all day.

I do agree, there is better coffee. Although I find that coffee from gas stations tends to be over heated and acidic. The last thing I want is coffee that has been sitting around for hours boiling off all the water. If you want a cup of mud, that'* fine, but it'* not a refined coffee taste.

Sheetz (Well, some of them) actually have starbucks-type coffee counters that fresh make their coffee drinks. That is what I was referring to, not the stuff that they leave sitting out.

My line is...
Venti Mocha Frap
Thats it. Thats my starbucks drink.

I'm thinking about trying the coffee sometime. Thing is...I'm 35 miles from the nearest one. I used to live about 2 minutes from one in hawaii.

HAWAII. That reminds me. Those FREAKIN douche bags in hawaii. A damn Venti frap is $7.something and the venti cup is SMALLER than a continental us venti. I was like...I said VENTI, not Grande. He'* like, yeah, it is, I said, hey buddy...I was just in california YESTERDAY, not the same thing, this guy had the nerve to tell me "yeah? well welcome to hawaii"

I love how they REALLY getcha in airports. Wow. I went through Atlanta in July and my god...there is a starbucks every 5 FEET in that place. First sign of "whatever I order, its gonna be quick, and its gonna suck" yep. I was right. it did. Paid. HAH. $9.75 for my fav drink...right size...but made...horribly.., i mean, BIG ice chunks in it, totally FORGOT the whipped cream and no chocolate syrup. I'm like...ready to throw it at someone for about $10 after tax!

Starbucks has trouble finding large dairy and bakery suppliers in Hawaii, and I think the cost is a lot higher. As for the airports, those aren't true Starbucks. The employees there do not work for Starbucks, it'* more of a franchise than anything. My discount doesn't work there (it works at every Starbucks in the world), and they don't get a Starbucks number. Starbucks partners (employees) hate airport/grocery store/bookstore Starbucks.
