I hope its not the mobo. It runs super when its booted, so I guess I will just leave it run 24/7 until I can find the problem. If its not the ram then I am gutting this stupid Bi*ch. I already have me a new setup picked out, just a matter of getting the money together, I am so upset. I just built this thing, spent 1200 buck, and all for nothing if I can't fix it. Next attempt to fix will probably be the ram. if that doesn't work then goodbye 2.4GHz 533FSB and hello 3.2GHZ 800FSB

ok I've been on this computer since about 12am and haven't got 1 error or hiccup from this computer, yet if I were to shut down it would probably take 20 tries to get er goin again, this is becoming a huge PITA finding the problem!! I wish so much I could find it and fix it. Stayed up all night searching for answers, and came up empty handed, crap the only thing I found close to my problem is Power Supply problems, and we now know thats not the case, 480 watts of pure power running through this things veins and I sill and having post failure. I guess its time to toss the ram, hard drive and video card, and or gut it completely. WHo knows, I'm so damn tired of this bull sh*t.

Sounds like you BIOS now, dude. I woulda bet real money on tye Power Supply, but 2 bad in a row just ain't feasable.
And to once and for all lose the Hard Drive rumor, take it out completely and try starting up the motherboarsd alone. I'll bet a dollar to a donut (That used to mean something) you have the same issue without the hard drive, as it has nothing to do with the POST
I'm still gonna hope for something easy like memory, tho. Try pulling one stick, then the other, etc...
