Definitely. I don't know who is close as well as your probably do so if you want to try organizing something, that would be awesome. Just keep me posted and let me know whatever I can do to help.

Definitely right. It'* weird, I go to WVU and Virginia Tech are our biggest rivals (next to Pitt)... but when all that stuff went down down there, we had a bunch of student unions holding vigils and collecting national donations to give to the families. Times like that when you see all rivalries just dissipate... till the next football season.

Either way, our campus has had one of those alert systems recently installed also. Looks like they work out pretty well, the only warnings we have gotten on them so far are wind/storm advisories.
