Default 99 Buick Regal GS draining the battery

My 1999 Buick Regal GS has an electrical problem and the battery drains constantly. I've gone thru the fuses and relays in the engine compartment, and the only thing I've found that makes it stop is pulling the 30A Maxifuse, labled IGN Main I think. With the fuse in, it'* enough of a draw to make a easily visible spark when disconnecting the battery. Can anyone suggest how I can trace that to the circuit drawing the power while key is off and removed?

Is anything in the vehicle NOT working?

Lights, radio, electric seat functions, etc.

No, with fuses in and battery connected, everything is working normally.

Looks good, I'll check that out tomorrow if the ignition lock and switch didn't already fix it. Thanks

Its looking like the lock cylinder and ignition switch assy has fixed my problem. Battery has held its voltage for 2 days, but time will tell, right?
