Hey everyone, I purchased a 1992 Bonneville SE last weekend. It'* a one owner, church lady sort of car, with 80,000 miles. It is the nicest used car I have ever seen. I hope to use the forum to get advice about upgrading the stock cassette player stereo in the near future and any upkeep issues that present themselves. I sold my 5-speed Ford Taurus SHO when I started college, I am now in my second year of vehicle design at Western Washington University (summer session ). This is a good car for the six hour round trips home I occasionally take, and is also used for getting around town. I look forward to hearing from everyone, and will chime in if i can be of help. Have a good day!

Thanks for the heads up on the EGR situation. I had a look around today, my car definately is without an EGR. Fortunately, it has been very well kept to this point. I gave it new plugs and wires this week, which is about all I am good for with most of my tools back home. I intend to flush the tranny and perhaps the steering in about four weeks, change filters, consider a new oxygen sensor and hope for the best!
