'89 2.8, S10 starting problem
#11
Alright, now that the snow has melted, I switched my cable ends to top post put the battery in and went to town on checking my grounds for shortages. After about 45 mins of testing I came across a burnt wire from ecm to fuel pump relay on the D connector. Replaced it and now its good to go.
Im assuming I had two simultaneous faults and the headlights causing it to go dead was just a bad battery problem. Thanks for the help guys. Case closed.
