Default What is the diffence with these air filter covers?

I know one is supercharged and one is naturally aspirated, but i have seen an N/A with the same set up like the */c. THe one on the bottom has a full cover over it. Is this just a normal change between 96-99?

I have a 96 series II N/A and it looks like the top one, but it has the little cover on the driver'* side. The reason for the piece of plastic is to cover the computers. I've got two of them under there. Not sure why there'* two (it'* the first I've ever seen :shrug

The series I NA have the one like mine..

The supercharged ones look like Wren'*

And all series II look like the above pictures for the most part. I prefer the smaller one/look of the series I myself.
