For us 2000+ crowd
The incredibly crappy Climate Control System!
and
Leaking LOWER intake manifolds.
And by the way, did I mention the Climate Control System?

87-91, love the cars.... But a bit underpowered... Other than that its been a great car...
92-95....Hmmmm... Freaking water leaks, in the front and the back, lets not forget the tail lamps... That cup holder that has broken twice( replaced with a 96-99 a few months back ).... The sorry plastic on the door pannels... I have been through 2 sets, they suck... There should be FRAGILE written all over that plastic pannel... I'm liking the 96 Pannels I installed, they seem a lot more solid... Freak of nature 95 EPROM and PCM... Intakes that like to rupture, Elbows that like to break, and lower gaskets that suck...lol
Oh and very crappy GM paint on both cars, But they are getting old so.... Lets do the flake and peel....LMAO
I will say tho, no matter what the 95 is the one I perfer to take on long trips... For a base SE it drives good, the seats are comfortable, having cupholders in the doors, the center console( as long as it doesn't break ), the roof console with powerport so I can toss my cell phone up there and leave it plugged in, the other powerport at the rear of the console so I can have the CB radio going... Fast power windows, and a car that feels like its on the road and doesn't get blown around... Burns nothing for oil, and gets such good gas milage for a large car with a big V6... So its not all bad..

Sorry, Scott isnt around enough to be considered "member"
The thing I didnt like about my Bonneville when I had it...sagging rear pilot light, bad location for fog lights, heavy and slow yea, but what do you expect.
As for my Aurora. I'd have to think about it, but the number one thing would have to be expensive replacement parts...wow.

- Weak window motors.
- De-lamination in the tail lights.
- Not great on gas.
- The fact that you can't pick the direction of the airflow on the ECC in this gen is incredibly annoying. I think that lasted until '95 or something like that?

everything captainmiller wrote j/k
plus
moonroof leaking/not closing properly
no aftermarket (kind of a plus b/c everyting is custom)
for the fuel economy and styling of the car it should have about 100 more hp
the musty smell due to moisture
kinda chinsey feel and look to some of the interior components (rear of front seats)
87-91 shoulda come with a strut brace
dual exhaust for sure
cupholers again, actually the whole arm rest thing could been done better, for i love to rest my right arm whilst driving.
the paper door panels that break more and more each time you take them off.
the door handles sticking shut forcing you to ruin your door panels trying to jimmy it open lol
the front end seems a little low and thin compared to the rest of the car, i am absolutely in love with everything from the b pillar to the back
one inch or so lower would be ideal. and 17-18 wheels.. ok ok now im just dreaming
i seem to complain a lot but almost nothing turns my head like a first gen sse biased opinion i know

the things I don't like about our 2000+ bonnevilles is that the steering is too soft, they handle o.k., but it could be better, the interior rattles too much, interior looks cheaply put together, seats are uncomfortable, the seat bottoms only tilt foward/backward.. On the Aurora the entire seat will tilt forward/backward, on the bonneville it'* only the seat BOTTOM and it hurts your back horribly! The DIC is blocked by the windsheild wiper switch. Climate control unit is horrible, and poor fuel economy.
