I contacted them again after posting, and I wrote this:
I have not received a response from you regarding my last email. Please respond and let me know when I will receive the refund. Thank you very much.
I didn't want to write much, and I figured they might not be reading these anymore. However, I can start the new letter properly.
Dear K2Motor / Cosmodynamic,
I have been waiting for a response from you considering the refund. I need action taken on your part. The negative feedback exists still because it is a true reflection of my twice received incorrect package experience. I cannot take down the feedback as per your demands because this is extortion. However, I am willing to work with you to undergo quality service to return the incorrect package. This will warrant the removal of the negative feedback since my experience with you by then will have been excellent shipping times and a long string of communication - not negative. Please let me know how to ship the package back for a refund of my money.
Can we work with that? Is work necessary? If it seems too strange, I haven't slept since yesterday. If it is fine, then I should probably sleep less.
