I mean the bullbles that form along each defroster line on the window. and yes the tinit that i see bubbling has a purplish hue. Also I want to tint the windows on my 1990 if that makes a difference...

Dont do the fake tint, you will regret it when people start laughing at you. Its better to just fork over the money and get it done with a warranty. My car is constantly being exposed to sunlight and 100*+ temps in the summer, but the tint is still on there strong.
