Dammit, knew this time was coming. I have rust. turns out, alot of it. 3 spots on the drivers side and 2 on the passengers. one of the points is so blown out that its eaten all the way through, i have to replace the entire drivers side fender. along with rebuilding half of my drivers door. I hate bondo. They say itll never rust or rot out. well, they're right. what they fail to tell you is that everything around said bondo will rust out completely. im already sanding the rust out as best i can but without power tools, i cant get the craters out. itll come back, i just know it.

Ill post pictures of the rebuild as i can, ive had to hotwire my dads car for the past week just to get around. dh2

ive also taken the wing off, and im repainting it. i figure that if the car is off the road, i might as well go ape ***t on her and fix her up as much as possible.

Sorry to hear about the rust. Once the cancer starts, you have to cut it out until you get to good metal, then rebuild from there. Any little rust that'* left can start the whole big rust stampeded going.
