When should you change the oil for seasonally used vehicles?

When should you change the oil for seasonally used vehicles?
Should i change the oil when i park the car and bike for the winter, or change it before i start driving again in the spring?

well every 6 months or 3 K miles... but i wouldn't let dirty oil sit in my car over a long winter so i say change it like 50-100 miles before you park it. then drive it for a few hundred miles in the spring then change it again.

I'm one of the extremists..and brutal to my seasonal vehicles..
I drive it in the shed...park it and think about how I should change the oil when it comes out.

I change the oil in our Firehawk when it comes out of storage in Juneish. Then, we drive it ~200 miles throughout the summer and put it back in storage in September. Repeat the cycle the following year. Hasn't caused an issue yet.
