Update. A good friend of mine is the head mechanic at a dealership here in Charlotte. We took it over to the body shop yesterday and his buddy was able to get all the scratches out except for one small one. He did a darn good job and i was impressed with his work. I feel a little better now. Here is the result.

Your bud did a fantastic job.
Is the part of the car he worked on now polished better than the rest of the car? IE better shine.
Did he use a rotary buffer?
Anyways it looks 1000% better.

It is a shame that people need to do things like that. Sorry that happened to your car man, I would be sooooo ticked. But WOW, nice work on the repair.
