Default Front end noise, tires?

I have a noise that I'm not even sure how to describe. I hadn't noticed it until a few days ago, but not sure if it just started or if I didn't notice it before. It'* a barely audible sound, most people maybe wouldn't even hear it. It sort of sounds like a fast rattle, kind of like if you put something small in a plastic cup and shake it. It also sounds sort of like the squeal you hear on older cars when turning the wheel fully, but at a lower frequency. I hear it at all speeds down to about 25-30 MPH, and also while turning the wheel. The car has the OEM Goodyear Eagle RSA'* on it. Anyone else have this, could it just be tire noise? I'm kind of thinking so because I had the front tires replaced, but that was a couple weeks ago.

does it change either in pitch or loudness when you are making turns?

No, no change until I'm below about 30MPH coming to a stop. I'll have to try and do some faster turn testing. I can't hear it really making normal slower turns, but when doing a curve on the highway it'* still there. I hoping it'* just the tires. It makes me think of a rattle, but it don't think it is because it'* a constant sound. Thinking about it, it really could just be a strange wind noise too. It'* so quiet, and doesn't sound like anything I've ever heard before.

I get a similar noise. Nothing when turning, but that soft barely-audible rattle. I write it off as tire noise since my tires aren't too great.

Maybe a wheel bearing? Lots of us have had a wheel bearing go bad. Usually driver'*-side, front. (No reason known for preponderance of left front over right front.)

Well I listened for it on the way home, but it was pretty windy and I couldn't even hear it. That tells you how faint of a noise it is.
