Yep... I have the bose system. Originally I planned on redoing the whole stereo system.. but since all my equipment was stolen from my Cavalier... I"m now contimplaiting on finding a way to get RCA output lines out of the stock Bose system in my Bonnie ( without exceeding 2-3 volts ) to allow the usage of extra amps to power my subs.. and yet leave the stock unit in.. leaving people who wants to break into my car less chance to want to since of the stock system they can see ( without popping the trunk )

I just got out of my stock radio about 3 months ago and in a way its good and then again if you want to try to blast your radio you can't because of the stupid governor on the radio to keep from blowing your speakers. Then you need the hi-low input piece for the radio also. It is a good way to fool thives though to keep them out but if they want it they'll get it regardless unless you got a really loud alarm.

Trying to find the stereo adapter is hard. I found the connector parts.. but not the electronic board that allows u to splice into the speaker wire with a regulator. Apparently people in the U.*. have no problem finding this part.. but up in the Hippie Land... no luck..

I like that idea I;m going to try that because the factory horn just isn't loud enough and I need a good alarm. As far as the steering wheel control piece go I remember somebody posting it but forgot where it was and it was $50.00.
