Default 96 se vs. 94(?)ssei

I know we're not suppose to quaral between "brothers" but hey, i just coudent resist.... coming home earlier i passed a series 1 ssei... then at the next stop like i heard the blower whine.... so we went... dead even to about 60 then i started to pull... had him/her at probably a length at 100... not a real exciting one... but makes me feel good to know my n/a beat a blown 3800...

Don't forget the Series I supercharged and Series II N/A have the same hp: 205hp. But I would think the Series I sc would have more tq.

Yes and no.....the 92/93 has 205hp, the 94/95 has 225 stock.

And the SSEi weighs very little more than an SE. Very little. The torque is not only higher, but a much flatter curve, and delivered at a lower rpm. The hp is also delivered at a lower rpm on the Series 1 L27 and L67.

Must not forget this if you intend to race one. BTW, I have a measly 205hp 1993. Wanna race?
