Scary Cops!
It was around 7:00pm Saturday night and I'm going through the usual *-Curve in the main road to get back home when I feel a little crazy rally style and give it some gas. I got up to 80mph when I come out of the last turn when something in my mind just made me firmly hit the brakes. Sure enough at the intersection about 1/4 mile after the curve was a county sheriff waiting at the stop sign. I was going 65-70 when I saw him and pulled her into D to slow my Bonnie down more and I was going 60mph when I drove past him. He pulled behind and followed me untill I got to town, then once in town he turned away. He saw a bright red Bonnie with chrome wheels thinkin', "I doubt this guy drives 'sensibly'."
Thank god! I swear, whenever I feel a little crazy there is ALWAYS a cop somewhere lurking in the shadows. Every day I become a more conservative driver.

That happened to me last night. I was driving 50 in a 30 MPH zone and turned around, a cop was sitting at the stop sign about 1/4 ahead and was just waiting for me. Then he followed me for a couple miles, I drove really slow and he left.

Green keeps them off my back but I have had some close calls. Usually I leave them in traffic so they get frustrated. One time the guy caught up with me but instead of pulling me over he just blasted over his horn, " you better stay at that speed". LOL They don’t usually bug me but Bonneville’* are a "old man car" so as long as you are not reckless then they usually don’t bug you. Now as for a "trap" a trap is a trap. When followed pull over and go to a gas station and take a bathroom break. Then buy some donuts and make sure the cop sees you eating them. LOL Actually most cops are cool about it. Actually I was almost busted by a bike cop, forgot all about it. He pulled me over and proceeded to tell me that these cars were faster than they looked and to be careful. Always turn off your engine if you have bigger pipes on the car. I said thank you and drove away slowly.
