Not them... But I do want scoops of some sort on my ride.
I want grand am style, molded into my hood but a tad bigger.
Functioning or not....

an SLE is more about style than speed.

I do agree that functional is much beter, but I like the looks. Definitely more aggressive. I guess all that matters is that the owner likes them.

I like the looks of it. Stick on ones are ok other than I'm afraid they're going to blow off the car while driving. I think I'd like to mold a set onto my hood someday.

Yeah I agree.

On that particular car it makes the front end look good, but when you look at the car as a whole I dont like it, if that makes any sense.

But it would definetely look better on the SLE/SSEi style, and if they were functional.

I saw a PS pic of your car done with the Camaro hood scoops thought it looked pretty nice.

Thanks to who ever added the pic to this thread...

They would never blow off. Even if they did it would happen at astronomical speeds well above what we could ever do. The double adhesive tape is very strong stuff. It takes a lot of force to remove them after they're on (a hair dryer would help). And when they are off, there'* usually tape that likes to remain attached to the paint.

I'd have to say it has potential. those scoops don't seem to match the contours of the hood, but it shows that the right ones might look okay.

If they were more forward, GTO style, and matched up with the grill I think it would look better. Molded into the hood as said before.

They are a bit too far back. But I always loved those on a car. Of course it would help if it was actually functional.
