I know there was a major change from 99 to 00; but I don't think there are stark differences in chasis designs within the 00+ models. Am I misunderstanding the original question? He wants to transplant a 00+ SSEi bumper to a 00+ SE car, right?
That'* what I'm guessing. To do this to a 92-95 (maybe96-99) you'll need new fog brackets, the bumper itself (black fiberglass piece underneath) and the bumper cover (what you see on the outside).
