The water seems to be coming in from behind the blower, or somewhere.

Is that hole supposed to be there?

What's that black squishy thing? It's not leaking, but looks out of place.

Seems like the water's coming in from there (or above there).

What's that disconnected line? There's no other place for it to connect.

To remove the door panel, lift off and unplug the driver's switches.

Under the door handle, are these two caps. Pop them off.

Realizing that you don't have a Torx #30 bit, drive to the hardware store.

Now remove the two screws. They're pretty deep inside, and they point slightly upward. Remember that when you're reinstalling them.

Now, grab a trim tool (preferably) or a screwdriver or putty knife, and pry each of these little clips off. In my case, the last owners have been inside, so mine practically fell off.

If you have a tweeter, unplug that red and black wire. Also unplug the yellow and black power mirror plug, but you may not need to do that.

Pull out this foam piece, then loosen (but don't remove yet) those seven 10mm bolts. (Three are off to the right and not pictured.)

Put a couple pieces of tape over the window to hold it up when you remove things. In my case, tape is cheap and coupe windows are heavy (and expensive), so I went for overkill.

With the motor out, separate it from the regulator by removing these three bolts (also 10mm). Reverse everything to reinstall.

Before you totally reassemble, plug in the window switch and check it out!
