Getting close
I've got all the parts in the right places on the nosecone and am ready to put it back on. I have some question, though.
1. There are two bolts with pins extending out of them. Where do they go?
2. What do I use to seal where the nosecone meets the impeller housing?
3. I see Loc-tite is required. Where do I use the Loc-tite?

The pins are on top to hold the plastic cover that houses the wire harness that goes across the top of the SC. You put them back where you took them out
Take the plastic wire harness cover, put it in its relative position with the hinge side towards the radiator. Then put the ones with pins in the respective holes.
Loctite 510 is the sealant, it'* not that easy to find. i found mine at Motion Industries where I found the bearings. You run a bead 1/16 " around each hole on the snout side and connect the circles.
